Tips to help you run faster

As many avid runners have learned along the way, your form can do more than help you not look like a twerking-ostrich (as David Roche put it), it can actually increase your speed too. This one from has 3 tips that will help you increase speed (and appearance too). In brief, work on 1. Short and soft strides, 2. Engaging your gluten and finally, 3.
