I loved this one I came across from Zach Adams earlier this month on ultra goal setting. One of the classic strategies for goal setting is to set “S.M.A.R.T” goals. Chances are anyone who has taken any leadership or business classes has seen this before. I am simply applying it to the world of ultrarunning.
