For those of us who are avid runners, we may have already known this. (chuckle chuckle). New research is showing how running can actually make you smarter…in a multitude of ways. Whether training to be a pro or just running for pure enjoyment, studies have found improvements in cognitive function after just six weeks of three or four weekly aerobic workouts.
